A friend told me how hard it is to find good gluten free bread, I had been unaware of the issues that people living with gluten allergies have finding great tasting products. Most of the time their bread is dry and crumbly. As a baker I decided to try and develop a line of great tasting fresh breads that hold their shape when sliced. After months of experimenting my Eureka moment happened when I discovered there are more gluten free flours on the market than rice or buckwheat. I discovered that using bean flour makes a richer more moist bread and offers the health benefits of extra fiber and higher protein. I had no idea that our breads would become so popular. 2 and a half years later our bread can be found in over 50 stores across ontario as well as Montreal, if you are looking for a store close to you please email stores@yoshissweets.com. Our Philosophy is simple, use only the best all natural ingredients to produce only the best all natural product while adding a pinch of love and a bit of luck. 


Our production facility is 100 % gluten free, we produce only gluten free products and use ingredients that have been tested for gluten.  We strive to produce the best and safest product on the market this is why we ask our suppliers to produce 3rd party gluten test results and we are selves send out every new lot number for 3rd party gluten testing.  It we receive an ingredient that is more than 20PPM we turn it away.   For our most recent test results email results@queenstreetglutenfree.com , results will be automatically sent to you or download the PDF below:




Romano Bean Bread:
Light and fluffy, moist and Hardy

White Bean with Millet Seed:
Light and fluffy, moist, and mild in flavour with a nice crunch from the millet seed

Wine Bread:
Made with our white bean bread mix and Grape Skin Flour from a niagara winery, this bread has a great texture with a nice dark colour and a fruity finish.

Breakfast Bread:
Made with our white bean bead mix and grape skin flour, cinnamon, raisins, and sunflower seeds, need i say more.

Our facility is a 100% dedicated gluten free baking facility. Every time our supplier changes a lot number we test a sample of finished product from that lot number and post the results on this page. Right now the Canadian Standard is unclear as to what the minumum standard for gluten should be, so we are going with between 10ppm and 20ppm, this way ensuring our product comes in below the standard. To keep our customers happy and to show that we have nothing to hide we will also be posting our results every time we test a new lot number.

I only eat gluten-free products, and so I've tried many many gluten-free breads including our own Organicworks Bakery (here in London, On) however, your White Bean and Romano Bean breads the THE BEST I've tried anywhere.

I'd like to get your bread on a regular basis but I don't get to Toronto as often as I'd like. I first bought your bread at The Big Carrot, but I wonder where else you sell it. Do you sell it anywhere in London?

My daughter has a gluten intolerance so we have been trying various breads, mostly made with rice flour. I came across your bean breads at Planet Organic in Mississauga and they are so delicious! I am a huge bread lover and I eat the bean breads and enjoy them thoroghly. Do you make other gluten free products?
